Return Policy

Changed your mind? Not what you wanted? Shop Deeply will gladly accept items purchased online within 15 days of the original ship date for a refund or store credit.  Shipping will not be refunded.  Items must be in original condition and must not be worn, used, altered or washed.  Items must include the original receipt.

Once received, your return will be processed within 7 business days, and you will be notified via email once complete.  Please note your bank may require additional days to process and post the transaction. 

For returns, please mail to Shop Deeply, 1120 S. Main St. Suite 200 Grapevine, TX 76051, and include your name, order number, original receipt, and contact information.

*All items purchased during a sale or promotion are FINAL SALE.


Terms of Service

Shipping

Shipping cost is $5.00 flat rate for USPS.  Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.  Shipping times differ according to the availability of merchandise. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delayed by the US postal service. 

We currently only ship in the United States.

Please note:

*Customers who enter the wrong shipping address, where the item is returned to us, will have to pay the additional ship fee. Returns still fall under the original ship date, not the second ship date.

*We reserve the right to deny the return or exchange.

*All items purchased during a sale or promotion are FINAL SALE.

Damages

If there are any damages to your items, please email us immediately at thedeeplyco@gmail.com. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of the original ship date.
